Let's begin by saying we do not and will not agree to attempt anything harmful to any client websites. Now we have cleared that up, Link Baiting in the industry is known to have two different sets of opinions. Link Baiting is a method used to try and attract users to link to certain inner pages of your website.
This is a picture claiming to be santas bum. Why don't you blog about this page and link to it (cheeky!!)
With the right message, you can implement this very effectively. You have to have the right offer or message that is genuine, worth knowing and will get people talking. It is meant to increase your visitbility within blogs and forums by making people add posts with links to your site.
We see this method as being quite effective and feel it should be called something less harsh than link bait, maybe something like 'link promotion' would be more positive.
